What is Relationship Enhancement?

This is a program that is based on the Couples Care program developed at Griffith University; a program that has had extensive research on it.  Relationship Enhancement is for people who want to learn how to take their relationships to greater levels of intimacy, happiness and love.  This is an education and skills based program that addresses the key areas that make a relationship a success.  Areas such as expectations, boundaries, communications, conflict resolution, developing love and affection.

How does Relationship Coaching work?

The program is very flexible.  You simply attend an initial session in which your situation is discussed.  At the end of the first session you will be provided with a plan that is able to suit your particular needs.  For some this will mean going through the entire program and this takes approximately six weeks.  For others it will be about simply focussing on one area in which your relationship needs to be enhanced.  What ever the case the program is flexible enough to accommodate your needs.

Relationship enhancement focusses on education, skills development and experience

Relationship enhancement provides you with the information required for developing a healthy happy relatinship.  As well as the skills you need to master in order to enjoy healthy happy relationships.  Finallly you will be supported throughout the whole process of learning, mastering and developing your relationships.
